My first year of home schooling has been great, it was a little rough at the start, but I made many different friends along the
year and no bullies or pains in the back. I'm having the greatest time in this program. I'm planning on going next year and
maybe the year after that but I don't know yet. My favourite parts of the year were all the different activities I got to do, like skiing, skating, curling, scuba diving, swimming, and most of all... I like the freedom of learning at home.

P.S. in the picture below I was bracing myself in a windstorm!

Yesterday, I took a lesson at a flying school. I learned how a plane stays in the air. I also took a ride in the air with two other people plus the pilot. I was sitting co- pilots seat but I didn't control it . We went from Naramata to Summerland and back to the Penticton airport . I also saw the KVR tracks through the mountains and a big cloud of smoke. When we were done we got a certificate for COPA saying junior aviator. Overall I loved it!
Mr. Eaton here's a picture of me in the plane... it was thrilling to take the ride! Being a pilot would be interesting but scary!

I did many things around Christmas time. We had friends come over for the holidays, a big Christmas dinner, eggnog, having christmas early (on Christmas Eve), shoveling the drive way[they can't all be fun], and passing Swim Kids 5. My favourite gift was the Lego Cole's Tread Assault [not me Cole]- which is next to my EB Games gift cards. Also when one of our friends came over they brought a puppy[as seen in picture]. Most of the time, we just relaxed, spent time with family and friends, went swimming and played games. Overall its been a good Christmas.
